L’Hub sar\u00e0 principalmente l’ente di gestione dell’Agritech. Inoltre, l’Hub \u00e8 pensato anche per organizzare e fornire numerosi servizi e attivit\u00e0 trasversali:
Obiettivi delle attivit\u00e0 dell’Hub<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Garantire la corretta gestione complessiva del progetto al fine di rafforzare e supportare gli obiettivi, completando le tappe fondamentali in tempo e consegnando ciascuno dei risultati proposti<\/li>
  2. Gestire le attivit\u00e0 finanziarie e amministrative<\/li>
  3. Stabilire un\u2019infrastruttura di comunicazione efficace e favorire il processo di integrazione all\u2019interno del consorzio e con enti esterni<\/li>
  4. Istituire, gestire e supportare l’Agritech Academy<\/li>
  5. Coordinare e gestire le attivit\u00e0 di cross-spoke e trasferimento tecnologico<\/li><\/ol>

    Le attivit\u00e0 trasversali svolte dall\u2019Hub forniranno servizi trasversali per coordinare le attivit\u00e0 di ricerca svolte dagli Spokes e accelerare lo sviluppo tecnologico.<\/p>

    Modello Organizzativo
    <\/strong> Al fine di svolgere le attivit\u00e0 di gestione e coordinamento richieste dal Programma di Ricerca, il Polo ha nominato un Direttore (che \u00e8 anche il Responsabile Principale della Ricerca del Programma), responsabile dell’attuazione delle attivit\u00e0 previste. Il Direttore \u00e8 supportato dalle unit\u00e0 operative dell’Hub, a ciascuna assegnate specifiche funzioni.\u00a0<\/p>

    Agritech Academy
    <\/strong>Agritech Academy \u00e8 un luogo di didattica e trasferimento tecnologico gestito dall\u2019Hub come attivit\u00e0 trasversale. L’Accademia \u00e8 finanziata dall’Hub, ha sede ufficiale presso la sede centrale dell’hub e sar\u00e0 gestita dall’infrastruttura di gestione del programma. Le attivit\u00e0 didattiche, di trasferimento tecnologico e sul campo verranno svolte presso la sede dell’Hub nonch\u00e9 presso la sede dello raggio o in altre sedi indicate dallo raggio per la formazione su attivit\u00e0 specifiche.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
